Job Description

Job Overview:
Jones & Guerrero Company, Inc., is looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for various general ledger and bank account reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, ensuring timely month-end closing activities and financial statements and supporting schedules preparation, preparations and periodic review of budgets and forecasts, as well as assistance with special projects, as delegated by executive management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification a plus
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in financial management; preferably in a multinational corporation or divisional setting
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and financial management software
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
