Overview
We are seeking applicants to lead the G4S Guam & CNMI business unit's financial reporting & analysis and project cost accounting functions. Recent college graduates with an Accounting degree are welcome to apply. (Training will provided).
Duties
- Manage the project cost accounting function (job profitability, job costing, work-in-progress monitoring).
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Prepare financial analyses (variance analysis, pricing analysis, et.al.)
- Assist the Finance Director in forecast & budget preparations.
- Prepare reconciliations for project-related accounts.
- Assist Management on implementation of Accounting Policies and Procedures.
Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Hands-on knowledge on ERP or Accounting Systems.
- Profiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Project/job cost accounting experience.
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Above-average communication skills.
This position will report directly to the Finance Director for Guam & CNMI.
