    About the Role
   </u>
  </strong>

  You will be the gatekeeper and ambassador of our client&rsquo;s brand (internally and externally) and the extraordinary brands they are partnered with.
 </p>

  A builder of brands, you are responsible for directing brand and marketing plans, leading all strategic marketing initiatives and major campaigns that support our client&rsquo;s spirits, including strategic lead-generation and brand awareness programs.
 </p>

 </p>
 <p>
  The position demands a strong understanding of Regional market dynamics, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, alongside a creative approach to promotional activities and a keen eye for emerging trends in the spirits industry.
 </p>

  You will report to the CEO of the business and play an integral role on the Leadership team.

  Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

   Marketing Department Management
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>

   Holistic department management; setting expectations, marketing tools, dissemination of frameworks, planning and reporting tools, driver of major campaigns, driver and soundboard for activation excellence
  </li>
  <li>
   Line Manager for Data Analyst role
  </li>
  <li>
   Line Manager for ongoing out-sourced contracts: Graphic Designer &amp; Content Manager
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain department cohesiveness and connection through collaborative sharing sessions, orienting and training and building out campaigns or shared projects that involve cooperation
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the GMs to ensure the team has clear professional development plans and KPIs with regular check-ins
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead &lsquo;insights and learning&rsquo; within the department by sharing market/industry trends, product, audience, campaign, and technology insights...
  </li>

   Encourage &lsquo;excellence&rsquo; by leading by example with communications, planning, ideas&hellip;

   Integrated annual marketing plan &amp; budgeting to bring our business vision to life, including setting targets for project delivery
  </li>
  <li>
   Content &amp; communications planning, briefing, quality control (potentially hire FT Content Manager role in H2) for our owned platforms
  </li>
  <li>
   Driver of industry and community presence
  </li>
  <li>
   Compile and present company marketing reports to key stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactively come up with different ways to challenge the status quo of our marketing and distribution efforts, ensuring the group is bold and innovative in its approach
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all brand assets are up to date, refreshed, and taken to the next level
  </li>
 </ul>

   Brand Partner Management
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Alongside the Head of Operations, be a go-to person for brand partners, ensuring open collaboration, communication and satisfaction of partnership
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide regular insights and data analysis to drive strategic conversations
  </li>
  <li>
   Be the lead strategist / approver for: A&amp;P, key campaigns, channel plays, NPD, pricing&hellip;
  </li>
  <li>
   Review partnership satisfaction with the annual engagement survey
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>

   Planning &amp; Reporting
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Direct and oversee the delivery of our partner brand plans (for each market) and ensure that they are comprehensively communicated to colleagues and partners
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the department is delivering plans and reports according to built frameworks; brand plan, monthly meetings with BI dashboard, quarterly reporting, marketing muddles
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and adapt the frameworks as our data platforms evolve &ndash; build out a 2.0 version (involve the CEO in this journey)
  </li>
  <li>
   Embed new framework with the department and guardian it
  </li>
  <li>
   Distribute Qtrly depletions to all brand partners with relevant performance insights in collaboration with the Head of Operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform detailed analysis at regional and local levels to understand and improve campaign performance
  </li>
 </ul>

   Portfolio Management
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support CEO and Head of Operations in reviewing and evolving our brand portfolio
  </li>
  <li>
   Play an integral role in the Portfolio Panel sessions
  </li>
  <li>
   Evolve the Brand pitching documentation as and when necessary
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide data analysis to support key decisions
  </li>
 </ul>

    The Ideal Candidate:

   Bachelor's Degree or Master&rsquo;s in Marketing/ Business or equivalent experience
  </li>

   10+ plus years of industry or relevant regional experience
  </li>

   Leadership excellence and team-building skills with proven results required

   Proven experience in developing profitable marketing strategies and implementing vision
  </li>

   Ability to demonstrate knowledge and passion for our client&rsquo;s brands, trends and key customers both at a local and global level
