   Director, Marketing and Partnerships.

   Job Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Based at the Corporate Office, the Director, Marketing &amp; Partnership is a key member of the Corporate Brand Marketing and Communications team. This role is responsible for overseeing the global marketing and partnership activities for Pan Pacific Hotels Group and its various brands and offerings. The Director will play a crucial role in enhancing awareness and affinity for the group and its portfolio of brands and properties, while also driving commercial objectives.

  In addition, he/she will lead the marketing efforts for the Singapore cluster, collaborating with the local portfolio to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the individual properties' strategies.
 </p>

  Working closely with internal partners, the position will activate and optimize marketing initiatives to achieve the organization&rsquo;s business goals.
 </p>

   Marketing:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and engagement, and achieve business commercial goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive F&amp;B marketing for the key markets, especially Singapore
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive marketing communications for the Group&rsquo;s portfolio in Singapore holistically to ensure synergy across all its properties.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead Marketing Communications community in Singapore to drive high-level strategy, synergy and collaboration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and evaluate result of campaigns for further improvement
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce marketing assets for various campaigns
  </li>
 </ul>

   Partnerships:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   A key player and manage partnership strategies and plans. This will include managing the financial and airline partnerships as well as growing lifestyle and other partners for the brands.
  </li>
  <li>
   Seek new opportunities to expand partnership opportunities for PPHG and each brand
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and maximise sponsorships and events for the exposure and maximum outcome
  </li>
 </ul>

   Organisation activities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Oversee and work with agency partners and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing activities to ensure key objectives are achieved.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manages tools and guidelines to for relevant stakeholders to further activate activities and campaigns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supports and provides direction for pre-opening marketing activities for hotels and serviced suites.
  </li>
  <li>
   Organises and communicates assignments and projects with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimum outcomes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures proper controls towards achievement of marketing and partnership goals within marketing budget guidelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Operates within established budgetary parameters.
  </li>
 </ul>

  <strong>
   The Person:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   A minimum of eight years&rsquo; experience preferably in Marketing Communications, Marketing and Partnership related fields
  </li>
  <li>
   Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
  </li>
  <li>
   Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to read and write Mandarin would be an advantage as our portfolio grows in Chinese speaking markets
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge of marketing with effective go-to-market strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experienced in partnership with financial institutions, airlines and other lifestyle brands and/or new media.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with core strategic goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner in order to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experienced in production work (e.g. video, print, creatives) and knowledge of new media will be of advantage
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
  </li>
  <li>
   Adobe Illustrator and video production skills will be a bonus
  </li>
 </ul>
