  About The Role

 The ASP Influence Manager / Senior Influence Manager will be a crucial part of the StudioX Social team, working alongside the Social, Creative, Intelligence, Strategy, Ops, and Community team. We&rsquo;re looking for someone with a vast experience in influencer and social media marketing, covering the full spectrum of integrated influencer work, from celebrities all the way to micro influencers. You will be directly responsible as the POC for senior client relationships, strategic ideation, and project management of influencer projects.

 The opportunity to build influencer marketing and our individual specialisms across our ASEAN &amp; South Pacific (ASP) markets is an exciting one. While the role is based in Singapore, markets include Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Australia and New Zealand.

  What You&rsquo;ll Do

 <ul>
  <li>
   Leading ASP Influencer toolkit creation, including: recommend objectives, strategy, targets, engagement and content ideas, selection, brief template, and budget.
  </li>
  <li>
   Insisting on influence integration, aligning and collaborating with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital and all other stakeholders &ndash; internal and external to deliver best in class campaigns for our clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support on strategic new business opportunities across the agency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and maintain successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leading client calls and presenting creative to sell content solutions and control project management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers&rsquo; views and attitudes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cognizant of recent award-winning works/industry best practices especially relevant to the client industry.
  </li>
  <li>
   Play a key role in promoting our Ogilvy influencer offering across both the Ogilvy and WPP business internally.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supports on additional projects as required &ndash; such as market reviews, influencer vettings, and competitive trends, etc.

  What You&rsquo;ll Need

   4+ years in an agency setting and a true influencer expert.
  </li>
  <li>
   A recognition of the cultural nuance of marketing across ASEAN and South Pacific markets with experience in activating campaigns in some of these markets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills with a proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strategically strong. Understands the client&rsquo;s business and able to connect business challenges with impactful ideas that drive business results.
  </li>
  <li>
   An innovative, creative approach to the opportunity in influence.
  </li>
  <li>
   Logical commercial acumen, managing the responsibility of large budgets effectively and accurately, understanding implications of decisions on both agency, client and influencers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Active user of social platforms preferably with a finger on pulse of the latest trends/happenings. Keeping abreast of and utilizing new industry tech &amp; developments, and follower of relevant news &amp; trends.
  </li>
  <li>
   Great communication skills, particularly with oral presentations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven confidence negotiating with and influencing peers and senior clients. Trusted partner and advocate to clients, providing advice and guidance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good team player, working effectively and seamlessly among an integrated agency team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Self-motivated, action-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  </li>

   Ability to work under tight deadlines.
