<h3>Operations Team Energy Analyst</h3>
<h3>Location: Remote New York - New York based applicants preferred</h3>

<p>To support our strong growth, we are seeking a qualified candidate to provide Program Operations support as an Energy Analyst for ICF’s energy efficiency division.</p>
<p>You will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple programs and projects across the northeast with all levels of staff. You will have an opportunity to apply academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, interact with experts and clients in the field, and build content knowledge and consulting skills. </ul><h3>What you will be doing:</h3>
<h4>In Support of Program Operations:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Performing basic quantitative analyses</li>
<li>Putting together process flow documents to coordinate efforts across multiple teams</li>
<li>Working with program leads to identify areas to automate and/or improve process flows and increase efficiency</li>
<li>Creating and maintaining Excel documents, PDF forms and databases for internal tracking</li>
<li>Preparing and tracking weekly incentive invoices & energy savings</li>
<li>Developing and updating client reports and program documents</li>
<li>Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed</li>
</ul><h4>In Support of Energy Efficiency Programs:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Conducting desk review quality assurance/quality control of program partner reports</li>
<li>Liaising with subcontractors, stakeholders, and customer service representatives</li>
<li>Participating in retailer and other events to promote energy efficient measures & programs</li>
<li>Research on market trends and client needs</li>
</ul><h3>What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Energy, Sustainability, or related disciplines with 1+ year(s) of professional experience in operational support, administration, data analytics, energy efficiency, or related experience</li>
<li>OR</li>
<li>5+ year(s) of professional experience in operational support, administration, data analytics, energy efficiency, or related experience</li>
</ul><h4>Professional skills you will use:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with demonstrated experience in Excel.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communications skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions</li>
<li>Ability to synthesize information, think critically, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic programming is a plus (VBA, Python, etc)</li>
