<p>Develop, track and maintain reporting on plan, progress, risks, and dependencies.</p><p>Develop communication and change management materials</p><p>Ad hoc activity related to the integration within Talent sub functions</p><p>This position is required for a period of 6-12 months</p><h3>Required Knowledge and Skills Include</h3><ul><li>3+ years of M&A implementation experience in HR and/or Talent area</li><li>Experience leading multiple, complex regional and global projects</li><li>Detail-oriented with proven ability to multi-task, manage time with competing priorities and aggressive timelines to achieve goals and close issues</li><li>Ability to critically analyze an issue using data and process-based evidence</li><li>Experience working in a large, global and matrixed, fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional experience with problem-solving</li><li>Excellent project management skills</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills</li><li>Strong communication and relationship building skills. Familiarity with talent and performance management process and systems (Workday) a plus</li><li>Agility, ability to adjust and be proactive in a consistently changing environment</li><li>Sense of urgency</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics functions</li></ul>
