<h3>You Will</h3><ul><li>Design and Refine User Interfaces: Develop compelling and intuitive user interfaces for websites, focusing on user engagement and aesthetic appeal.</li><li>Create and Manage Design Systems: Build comprehensive design systems in Figma that provide frameworks for consistency and scalability across client projects, ensuring all design elements align with overarching brand guidelines.</li><li>Lead Testing Initiatives: Design, execute, and analyze user tests to refine user interfaces and improve conversion rates and increase key user engagement metrics, ensuring that every design decision is data-driven.</li><li>Apply UX Research Methods: Employ a variety of user experience research techniques to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, translating complex interactions into simple, effective user experiences.</li><li>Optimize and Enhance: Perform Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) audits to pinpoint and remove barriers to client success, applying insights to drive impactful design changes.</li><li>Conduct UX Audits: Regularly evaluate client websites to ensure they meet the highest usability and accessibility standards, and implement changes based on audit findings.</li><li>Collaborate for Success: Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features that elevate user satisfaction and enhance overall user experience.</li><li>Communicate Effectively: Articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to a broad audience, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Stay Ahead: Remain informed about current trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously advance our processes and uphold our commitment to innovation within the agency.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>USA ONLY (Missouri preferred)</li><li>Remote role with the ability to travel to HQ in St Louis as needed</li><li>Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that showcases successful projects, particularly in website design and conversion design optimizations.</li><li>Skilled in using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Elementor, Crazy Egg and Microsoft Clarity.</li><li>Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus, enhancing collaboration with development teams.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>
