We are seeking a highly experienced Designer, UX UI & QA to join our dynamic team.</h3><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Design and develop outstanding Guest Web and email experiences</li><li>Improve conversion and Guest satisfaction with outstanding digital experiences</li><li>Own the BAB Figma environment</li><li>Manage changes to site with Development</li><li>Serve as Build-A-Bear's Expert in User Experience</li><li>Confidently Present and Communicate Designs to Management</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in a Design or Technical area or 3-5 years' equivalent experience</li><li>Solid knowledge of UI/UX Principles</li><li>Proficiency with Figma and related Design tools</li><li>Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jira and Creative Tools</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>3-5 years' experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise level Web Commerce system (Websphere, Magento, ATG)</li></ul><h3>Behavioral Traits for Success:</h3><ul><li>An analytical, inquiring, and critical mind that solves complex problems</li><li>A knack for anticipating potential issues</li><li>Strong commitment to tasks being completed correctly and on time</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment</li><li>Comfortable making decisions in area of expertise</li><li>Communication style is factual and sincere</li><li>Willingness to follow established policies, processes, and procedures</li><li>Enjoys working at a somewhat faster-than-average pace</li><li>Strives for continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>Working Environment:</h3><ul><li>Typical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairs</li><li>Hybrid work schedule</li><li>Corporate Office located St. Louis, MO</li><li>Limited Domestic Travel</li><li>Able to lift &gt;25 pounds</li></ul><h3>Your Performance Will Be Measured On:</h3><ul><li>Judgment and decision-making</li><li>Communication</li><li>Projects completed on time, within scope, and within budget</li><li>System performance metrics</li><li>Project post-mortem evaluations</li><li>Quality of deliverables</li><li>Feedback</li></ul>
