Job Description

<h3>Your Role:</h3><ul><li>Translating business and user requirements into design solutions for end-users and other stakeholders</li><li>Proposing pragmatic solutions that are consistent with industry best practices and user expectations, while balancing technical, data and schedule constraints</li><li>Collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to make design decisions based on test results and usability standards/best practices</li><li>Prototyping applications on paper, XD and Axure as needed</li><li>Working closely with development teams</li><li>Extensive knowledge of various web development technologies, trends in technology and design patterns including mobile/responsive design is required</li><li>Work co-located with other designers and partners / associates</li><li>Travel up to 20% time may be required</li></ul><h3>Who You Are:</h3><ul><li><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field, or 8 years’ design experience</li><li>Six plus years of experience applying UCD principles</li><li>Six plus years of demonstrated experience with UX deliverables (storyboards, wireframes, low/high fidelity designs/prototypes)</li><li>Three years of experience designing for responsive web and mobile apps</li><li>Three years of experience with Adobe products including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.</li><li>Three years of experience working with Figma</li><li><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></li><li>Life Science or similar industry experience</li><li>Three years of experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)</li><li>Experience conducting usability testing. Understanding of usability methods, research, contextual inquiries</li><li>Project management experience</li><li>Fluency in additional languages is a plus</li></ul>
