<h3>Overview:</h3><p>TPI is looking for a motivated and thoughtful designer for websites, web applications, mobile apps, and UI/UX in general. All types of graphic and interaction design experience is useful. You must be curious, critical, and thoughtful. This role will primarily focus on user visual design, but it may include some implementation and web development as well. If you like to go the extra mile to fine-tune and tweak things so you can really be proud of the work you've done, then this position is for you!</p><p>TPI has great team members and clients alike. We're working entirely remotely with regular team Zoom meetings, but always looking for opportunities to collaborate and socialize face-to-face, so you must be local to the STL area. We work with a variety of clients in the B2B and the B2C world, on everything from basic marketing websites, to large-scale business applications, and everything in between. The right candidate will be motivated and focused, able to work collaboratively or independently, and very organized. Include <strong>resume</strong>, your <strong>portfolio of incredible design work</strong>, and <strong>salary requirements</strong>.</p><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Must have strong creative problem solving skills</li><li>Must have excellent visual design sense</li><li>Must have experience in designing for the screen and interaction, as well as designing for print</li><li>Must have experience gathering information, brainstorming, sketching, concepting, and wireframing</li><li>Must be intimately familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud as well as other modern wireframing and rapid prototyping tools</li><li>Must be familiar with basic web development languages and tools including HTML, CSS and Javascript</li><li>Must be an awesome people-person!</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills:</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with content management systems like Wordpress</li><li>Experience with lower level technical tools and platforms like FTP, Git, CPanel, etc.</li><li>Some experience with photography, video, or other creative endeavors is a plus</li></ul><p>You can email your resume to jobs@thinktpi.com.</p>
