The Company
Globally well-established in the construction and building industry, Pini has significant growth in its operation in Australia and is looking to recruit a Civil Engineer ideally coupled with CAD experience and business acumen on a full-time basis. This is a career-building opportunity for an experienced candidate seeking progression to work with a well-recognised International Engineering Consultancy on high-profile nation building projects.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
· Strong understanding of principles of civil engineering and foundation design to coordinate operations and budget in compliance with project specifications and safety requirements
· Manage project documentation
· Evaluate efficiency of construction methods and procedures,
· Ensure compliance with quality standards, drafts and projects specifications Involvement in updating and understanding project programming
· Read and interpret civil drawings and conduct all work in a safe manner.
· Perform all work to satisfy company, client and government conditions, policies, procedures, regulations and standards
· Undertake FEM modelling with software packages available in PINI;
· Prepare required reports, including technical/compliance and calculation report;
· Prepare clear BIM models / CAD drawings for graphical output and digital twin, including reinforcement detailing.
· Prepare and annotate REVIT models
· Support to Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director with the preparation of Bids
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
· Civil Engineering degree with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong knowledge of Cvil/ Structural Design
· Structural FEM modelling
· Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· BIM/CAD/Revit modelling Basics
· Business Acumen and eagerness to participate in bidding

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
