Specialist international civil construction contractor operating out of airports globally on civil-related works, including earthworks, conduits, asphalt, pavement, systems and services, and ground installation and maintenance.

Duties in brief:
Project Manage the day-to-day running of Tullamarine Airport-related projects, including ensuring that the following disciplines for each project are maintained to an acceptable professional level:
* Design & Integration Management - have a thorough understanding of the project (keeping track of design changes, creating variations, and managing the other Stakeholders at the airport) in collaboration with the SPM/GM/MD.
* Scope Management
* Time Management (programme) in Primavera P6 or MS Project
* Cost Management working with the tender quote sheet, engaging suppliers, monitoring their invoicing, etc
* Quality Management Overseeing the QA Manager
* Human Resources Management
* Communications Management internal reporting and your communication and relationship with the client and client reps are most important.
* Risk Management OHS requirements + managing our crews on-site, i.e. ensuring they are safe and not working too close to asphalt works, traffic management, etc.)
* Procurement Management
What you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
* Construction delivery contractor experience
* Excellent English written and verbal communication
* Ability to travel as required
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* AUSTRALIAN Citizen/PR with Local Civil Construction Contractor exeprience
