Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests.</li><li>Convey the image of the brand and the hotel.</li><li>You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands-on role.</li><li>Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay.</li><li>Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests' stay, from welcome to farewell.</li><li>Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner.</li><li>Promote company’s ALL loyalty programme.</li><li>Prepare all the documents required for the day.</li><li>Bar and Restaurant service.</li><li>Offer an attentive and personalised service.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.</li></ul><p>Work Experience</p><p>What we are looking for:</p><ul><li>A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.</li><li>Someone with a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions.</li><li>A fast-thinking, customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily revenue has been captured and reported on.</li><li>Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role will provide a great career path into other areas of operations or finance.</li></ul><p>A little more information:</p><ul><li>To help you navigate your role, and support your success, you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.</li><li>To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.</li></ul><p>Ready to discover more?
