We’ll always try to develop and improve, we trust each other to do our best, and we have fun as we build on our heritage to make history.</p><h3>ABOUT THE ROLE:</h3><ul><li>Keeping calendars up to date with meticulous diary management.</li><li>Monitoring and responding to emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication.</li><li>Support our leaders and their teams to achieve company goals effectively.</li><li>Facilitating international travel arrangements and meetings across time zones.</li><li>Serving as the first point of contact for external matters, handling calls and correspondence professionally.</li><li>Building positive relationships with leaders both locally and globally.</li><li>Supporting PR and comms to facilitate impactful company All Staff meetings.</li><li>Coordinating legal document signatures and processing expenses accurately.</li><li>Compiling confidential reports and presentations with precision.</li><li>Managing invoices and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.</li><li>Assisting with meeting preparations, including agenda creation and minute-taking.</li><li>Organising various events and becoming an expert in office processes.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Experience supporting senior executives with demanding schedules.</li><li>Having worked in media is desirable, but it's not a must.</li><li>Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.</li><li>Understand the importance of discretion and handle confidential information with care.</li><li>Great at multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively.</li><li>Professional and comfortable interacting with senior leaders.</li><li>Pay close attention to detail.</li><li>Great communication skills.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><p>At Hearst UK, you can choose from a huge range of perks and benefits that can help you learn well, work well and live well including:</p><ul><li>25 days’ holiday (with the option to buy up to 5 additional holiday days) - pro rated for part-time or fixed-term employees</li><li>Hybrid working – Three days minimum per week in the office</li><li>Discounted gym membership</li><li>Healthcare cash plan</li><li>Spend a charity day with your favourite good cause</li><li>Life assurance and pension scheme</li><li>Regular socials and more!</li></ul><p>There’s more to your story than you imagine.
