They are in a period of exciting growth and require a strong Executive Assistant to provide support to the UK Executive Team and ensure smooth running of the office at all times. </p> <p> </p> <p> <strong> The role of the Executive Assistant; </strong> </p> <p> </p> <p> The Office Manager/Executive Assistant is responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of office administration and procedures, ensuring organisational efficiency, effectiveness and safety. The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will also provide a high level of administrative support to the Managing Director and, on an ad hoc basis, to the future Board of Directors. </p> <p> </p> <p> <strong> Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant; </strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> Reporting directly to the UK Executive Team </li> <li> Providing administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team </li> <li> Management of diaries, meeting rooms and event management </li> <li> Ensuring the UK office environment remains fit for purpose and operates smoothly day to day </li> <li> Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing </li> <li> Supporting the Executive Team with marketing and PR </li> <li> Production of documents, reports and presentations when required </li> <li> Acting as first point of contact for external communications to the Executive Team </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong> Skills, experience and attributes; </strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> Previous administrative experience, preferably with lending or regulated financial services organisation </li> <li> Previous Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience </li> <li> Excellent time management skills </li> <li> Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office </li> <li> Experience in building effective relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills </li> <li> High level of attention to detail and accuracy </li> <li> Problem solving and decision-making skills </li> <li> Strong organisations skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines </li> <li> Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications </li> <li> Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team </li> <li> Pro-active attitude in delivering required objectives </li> <li> Flexibility and willingness to perform other duties as required by the business, including assisting on strategically important projects </li> </ul> <p> </p> </div>
