  Our Non-for-Profit Financial Services client is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and improving our middle office processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting our investment systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, experience with investment systems, and a solid understanding of the investment/securities business.

   Required Qualifications
  </strong>

    SQL Expertise
   </strong>
   : In-depth experience with SQL for data analysis and management.
  </li>

    Industry Experience
   </strong>
   : Previous work experience at financial firms like Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, or similar.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Investment Systems Knowledge
   </strong>
   : Experience with systems such as Aladdin, FactSet, Bloomberg, MarkitEDM, Snowflake, or PAM.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    CFA Certification
   </strong>
   : Possession of CFA certification(s) is highly desirable.
