  The Senior Programmer / Analyst will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of systems that align with Cornerstone&rsquo;s strategic objectives. Duties include meeting with stakeholders and IT peers to define overall technical roadmaps, project scope and objectives, and work to finalize business requirements. Will develop IT technical designs / specifications, provide technical guidance to developers, assist with developing computer programs, support testing and training activities, and coordinate supporting IT functions to execute IT strategies and implement technical solutions. This person must be willing and capable to lead a team of developers to accomplish set goals and meet specific timelines. Must be adept at using a variety of technical skills, and industry knowledge to develop applications and systems. Excellent communication skills and experience working with end users.

   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   The development of application systems that align with the company&rsquo;s needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze the needs of the user. Design, test and develop the software to meet those needs
  </li>
  <li>
   Be willing and capable to lead a team of developers to accomplish set goals and meet specific timelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Use of analysis and critical thinking skills to determine and assess the needs of the business and design / oversee development of software to meet the requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee day-to-day maintenance and debugging of existing software.
  </li>
  <li>
   Applying keen attention to detail and organization to work on numerous parts of a system or application at the same time while being accurate and thorough
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide clear instructions to the project team, clearly explaining how the software works to the customer and being available to answer any questions that may arise using exceptional communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Recommend upgrades for existing systems and programs
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop separate elements of the software that work well in the program as a whole
  </li>
  <li>
   Create various diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate the type of code needed for programmers
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software
  </li>
  <li>
   Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
  </li>
  <li>
   Revisit the development process to fix bugs or address business concerns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Teach and train other developers. Lead other developers to accomplish above tasks
  </li>

   QUALIFICATIONS
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 5 years of experience working on SDLC systems implementations, software development, Microsoft Azure Cloud
  </li>
  <li>
   5 + years of experience in C#, .NET, ASP. Net, Angular 14+, Windows Forms, WCF, WebAPI's, Restful Services, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, GIT/TFS Source Control
  </li>
  <li>
   AGILE / SCRUM Framework experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Atlassian&rsquo;s JIRA and Confluence tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience working with Offshore development teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Business savviness - experience providing cross functional teams with guidance and direction acting as a liaison between the technical teams and business users to move technology projects forward and meet business goals
  </li>
  <li>
   Time Management and Project Management experience
  </li>
  <li>
   A strong background in implementing systems and leading the design, programming, and testing of applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Web-oriented languages with front-end and back-end skills are essential
  </li>
  <li>
   Certification in various technologies, Azure cloud technologies, programming and DB languages are a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Nice to have &ndash; Docker, DevOps, C++
  </li>
