   Work as a liaison between business and offshore IT Development &amp; testing teams.

   Ability to understand the business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.

   Own the product and be a point of contact for development, testing team and client.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the conversation with the Business stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work as a Test Lead to plan duration, schedule/timelines and resources for System Testing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the testing team to get the test execution to closure within time.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate defects for System Testing and User Acceptance Testing between multiple development teams and business.
  </li>
 </ul>

   What one should have?
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Insurance domain expertise (Preferably Life &amp; Annuity).
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to lead and be a SME.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with Rest/Soap APIs, MsSQL, HP ALM, Rally.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with on-site/offshore team structure.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conflict resolutions
  </li>
