 Brillio is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business System Analyst with expertise in US Healthcare Payer space. The ideal candidate is expected to have Deep understanding of US Healthcare payer space in the capacity of a healthcare consultant.   Your responsibilities in this role will include:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Must understand and have experience in Provider Lifecycle management / Provider Data management space within a payer environment - provider onboarding through servicing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Should have experience in customer facing roles for requirement gathering, documentation and facilitate discussions as needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understands the end-to-end business process in a healthcare payer set up, at a high level at minimum.
  </li>
  <li>
   Should understand the system specifications and be able to provide assistance to the team as needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understands the product life cycle and has experience in playing the role of a product owner / proxy product owner for a healthcare product.
  </li>
  <li>
   Should understand the design concepts needed for a product development.
  </li>
  <li>
   Has experience in product implementation for a customer &ndash; induction through implementation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Has managed product backlog, prioritization, grooming and conflicts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Has prepared user manuals, training materials and experience in user training.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understands the US Healthcare compliance and regulatory mandates and is able to keep the customer informed with new developments in the area.

  Requirements:

  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, Product Owner, Healthcare IT Consultant or similar role.
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 <strong>
  Technical Skills:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis tools.

  </li>
 </ul>

  Soft Skills:

  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 </ul>
 Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.

  Preferred Qualifications:

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
