  Job Description: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business, engineering, and other data processing problems to improve and automate systems. You will be working closely with various business units, programmers, and developers to ensure smooth and efficient system operations.
 </p>

  Job Responsibilities:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Support business units with testing and acceptance criteria
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for system implementation decisions
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate and link computer systems within the organization for increased compatibility and information sharing
  </li>
 </ul>

 <p>
  Skills Required:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  </li>
  <li>
   Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong verbal and written communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>

  Education/Experience:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   3-5 years of relevant experience required.
  </li>
