  Lawn Pro Partners is seeking a&nbsp;Senior Business Systems Analyst&nbsp;to join our newly developed corporate team! Your important role will identify and implement technology solutions to optimize business processes at our many local lawn care brands and parent corporate entity. Reporting to the Chief Integration &amp; Technology Officer, you will consult with brand teams and corporate resources to support the implementation of new systems such as ERP/Financials, Data Warehouse, BI, Field Service/CRM, and HR/Payroll. Your role will be highly visible and critical to enable the growth strategy of the overall platform and optimize brand business processes leveraging technology solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;Additionally, you will stay current on industry trends, new release functionality, technology vendors and best practices; converting this knowledge into recommendations for optimizing overall enterprise business performance.

   I.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   <u>
    Stakeholder Management:
   </u>
   Maintain strong relationships with internal branch and corporate team stakeholders and external software vendors.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Requirements Gathering
   </u>
   : Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, identifying solution alternatives to support improved business processes and data analytics across several home services companies.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Project Management:
   </u>
   Analyze project requirements and advise on key project charter elements (scope, objectives, timeline, resourcing, cost, and risks), working closely with software vendors, branch team resources, and corporate team stakeholders. Act as the primary project manager for system implementations.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Documentation
   </u>
   : Create documentation including design specifications, system design diagrams, data flow diagrams, training guides, project plans, and other project deliverables.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Data Management
   </u>
   : Analyze master data and define strategies, plans, and tasks for data cleansing, conversion, and ongoing management. Work with local brands and the BI resources to troubleshoot, resolve data issues, and improve MDM controls.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Problem Solving:
   </u>
   Analyze the root cause of complex problems, research, and propose possible solutions both within the scope of current systems and other available technology.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Testing and Training:
   </u>
   Support the implementation testing process, including building test scenarios, test plans, and managing core team and end-user progress with system testing. Perform historical data conversions and validate the accuracy of converted data in new financial systems. Deliver system training for key branch-level super-users.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    System Support
   </u>
   : Provide financial system support on issues reported by end users (Billing, Payments, AR, AP, GL, Reporting). Act as the primary financial system administrator to follow best practices with system security and governance.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Travel:
   </u>
   This is a remote, work-from-home role with required travel to brand sites as needed, up to 30%.
  </li>
 </ul>

   II.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   <u>
    Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
   </u>
   : Strong leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, consulting, and customer service mindset.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Technical Knowledge
   </u>
   : Strong knowledge of cloud Field Service and financial systems for service companies (Real Green CRM, Sage Intacct or NetSuite Accounting preferred). Knowledge of business processes for field-service-oriented companies (HVAC, lawn/pest, or similar).
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Process Knowledge:
   </u>
   Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, GL Record-to-Report, Job Dispatch, Time Tracking, Inventory Control, Job Costing, Billing, Financial chart of accounts/dimensions, building financial reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Methodologies
   </u>
   : Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile implementation methodologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Analytical Skills
   </u>
   : Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Self-Motivation and Organization
   </u>
   : Exceptionally self-motivated, effective multi-tasking, and thrives in a small team environment as well as a medium-sized enterprise organization. Demonstrates strong organization skills and time management.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Communication and Collaboration
   </u>
   : Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a diverse group of business system users, functional, and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality implementation outcomes.

   III.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience and Education
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   <u>
    Work Experience:
   </u>
   8+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or solution architect consulting role related to business systems for service-oriented companies (ERP, Financial Systems, Field Service/Billing Systems). Home Services industry experience preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Education
   </u>
   : Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Business Systems, or Computer Science preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   <u>
    Certifications
   </u>
   : Functional certifications in Business Systems Analyst, Project Management Professional, Financial/ERP systems, or similar are preferred.
  </li>
